- Add the chopped tomatoes, sliced onions and the ginger-garlic paste. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes..
- Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and Garam masala powder. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook for 5 minutes..
- Add salt. Mix and taste. If you wish, you can add more, to your taste. Add amchur/anardana powder. Fry for 5 minutes. If you wish, you can add a spoon of ghee (optional)..
- Serve with roties, pulao or plain rice. Enjoy!.
