- For potato sabji, take a mixer add chopped tomatoes, green chilli, fennel seeds, dalchini, ginger, cloves, black pepper and grind it.
- Now take a wok and add 2 tablespoonS oil into it and add grinded mixture into it and cook it until it starts leaving oil and then add spices salt, hing, dry mango powder into it.
- Now add boiled and mashed potatoes into it and mix it well and then add water and then bring it to boil and mix them well.Then it ready..
- Now for kachori knead the dough again and take a small portion from it and roll it makes it thin from sides than from center and then put the stuffing into it And then close it by covering from all sides.

- And fry it in hot oil and serve it with sabji..
