For parcha: add oil in pan green chillies, ginger, cashews,and raisins cook for a minute than add carrot, french beans,corn, peas and paneer stir well and cook for 2 minutes than mash it well with masher add some water and mix it well add red chilli powder salt kichan king masala mix well and cook for a minute add coriander and anardana turn off the flam take slice of paneer and fill the mixture inside it..
  4. Now in a grill pan (if you have) add some butter a bit of a coriander and chilli flakes place the paneer parcha and grill it spread butter on top and sprinkle coriander and chilli flakes flip over and grill it for a minute.
