  5. Now take a tawa. Keep it at medium flame. Put this chapati on tawa when slightly cook from one side spread ghee evenly all over and turn the side do same with other side. Radish paratha is ready to serve..
  6. Now in a mixer jar add 2 large tbsp of yoghurt and grinded sugar as per taste. And grind, if required just add very little water. Take out in the glass. Add 1/tbps white butter. Lassi is ready to serve..
  7. Radish layered paratha is ready to serve with lassi, Papad, chutney, pickle, butter and onion rings..

The reason we do this is to removes all the accurd pungent flavour from the. Place one rolled paratha on the tawa and cook until tiny air bubbles starts to appear. Flip the paratha and gently press it with the back side of your spatula. Repeat the same with the rest of the parathas. Serve Punjabi Mooli Paratha hot with pickle, curd and butter.
