  10. Drizzle some ghee over the polo and cook covered on low flame for about two to three minutes..
  11. Uncover and check the polo. If there is a net formed over the top of the polo and it’s bottom side is cooked well, the polo is ready. This polo is cooked only on one side and is not to be flipped. But, you can flip and roast slightly on the other side too, if desired!.
