  24. Make ready 100 gms of nylon sev.
  25. Get 1 cup of pomegranate seeds.
  26. Prepare 1 tbsp of Coriander leaves.

Instructions to make Ragda Pattice:

  1. First soak dry peas overnight & then pressure cook with salt & haldi till 4-5whistles.
  2. Mash boiled potatoes add all the ingredients and make tikki.
  3. Roast on hot tawa from both the sides very hently on low flame.
  4. Heat oil and add mustard seeds and hing...then add red chilli powder and pour to ragda...add some coriander leaves & mix.
  5. Now in a serving plate put 2/3tikkis.....pour 1tbsp ragda on it...then put chopped onion tomatoes..sprinkle chat masala..drizzle all the chutneys..pomegranate seed,sev & coriander leaves..:serve & enjoy 😊.
